From specialist building surveying to strategic data analytics and health and safety management, our new colleagues bring outstanding capabilities that will propel our ambitious expansion and significantly enhance the value we deliver to our clients.

Savas Bulduk – Senior Chartered Surveyor
Savas joins SRVO with extensive experience across the dynamic UK and Australian markets, achieving Chartered status in 2023. He brings deep insights into both landlord and tenant perspectives within commercial property.

His technical expertise spans contract administration, project management, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and capital expenditure planning for real estate investment trusts and private equity firms. Savas also brings substantial experience in Planned Maintenance Reporting, BRCA (Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments), and advanced defect diagnosis.

Domma Batbaasan – Data and Social Media Manager
With a strong foundation in business analytics and strategic data management, Domma specialises in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making. Previously a Data Analyst at Electricity North West, she developed analytics dashboards that directly informed operational and strategic decisions.

Her marketing and product development experience further strengthens her ability to align analytics-driven insights with business objectives.

Wesley Matthews – Fire Risk Assessor
Wesley brings comprehensive health and safety expertise gained in demanding sectors including animal welfare, agriculture, and industry. His previous roles include Health and Safety Officer for the Jersey Royal Company and managing health and safety in the high-risk confined space sector.

Currently pursuing the NEBOSH National Diploma, Wesley combines strong practical experience with a passionate commitment to continuous improvement.
