Marc’s approach is clear: deliver tangible results that matter to clients. “I manage a diverse portfolio of mixed use assets, working closely with landlords and tenants to secure optimal rents and enhance value through proactive asset management. Most recently, I achieved a strategic disposal of a commercial office building in Wimbledon for approximately £10 million, exceeding vendor expectations significantly,”.
Which recent project are you most proud of, and what did it teach you?
For Marc, every project, big or small, provides an opportunity to demonstrate skill and add value. One of his recent standout successes was a seemingly modest letting to Subway on behalf of a longstanding client. Although smaller in scale, this deal presented unique complexities.
“We needed significant coordination with stakeholders, including UK Power Networks, to reroute the building’s power supply. This enabled the successful repurposing of the property, freeing up the upper floor accommodation for letting and significantly enhancing the rental income for our client. It reinforced my belief that even small properties can yield exceptional value when handled with care and strategic thinking,”

Describe your journey into property — what first drew you to the industry?
Marc’s journey into property was rooted in his early experiences.
“Growing up, property was part of my daily life—my father, a property developer often discussed development appraisals in relation to our family’s commercial portfolio, which helped me build a strong foundation in driving relationships and understanding how deals are structured and negotiated.. This early exposure sparked my passion,”
He formalised this interest through a degree in Estate Management, becoming a Chartered Surveyor, and gaining valuable experience advising both public and private sector clients at renowned firms like CBRE, Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills. Throughout his career, Marc has prioritised being personable, commercially aware, and dependable. His commitment to providing clear, honest advice has earned him respect and strong connections across the industry.
