Identifying and Monitoring Asbestos Condition is Key to Management
SRVO provides both Asbestos Management Surveys and condition monitoring inspections; a requirement for buildings constructed prior to 2000.
Thorough inspection and a detailed report identifying suspect materials and where appropriate samples taken to confirm the presence and type of asbestos.
A comprehensive management plan is then created to effectively manage asbestos containing materials left in situ.

Requirement under Reg 4 of CAR 2012

Required for all non-domestic properties constructed pre 2000 (communal areas of residential blocks defined as non-domestic).

Aim of Survey is to identify, locate and assess ACM’s within a property.

Survey includes recommendations for remedial action and ongoing management.

Regular review and updates. Annual condition inspection as per HSG 264.
