Professional report to meet requirements of BSA 2022

The scope of the study comprises a visual appraisal of the building structure from a Building Surveyor’s perspective, including landlord common areas and externally to all accessible areas. The report provides description of the general characteristics of the building, observations made, and a general building safety structural engineering risk assessment. Expert recommendations are provided within the report.
