04 August 2025

At SRVO, our commitment to leading the property sector with exceptional safety standards and innovative services continues to strengthen. As part of our ongoing growth, we’re excited to introduce two highly experienced specialists whose unique expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery and client support.

With extensive backgrounds in emergency response, health and safety training, and fire risk assessment, our new colleagues will be instrumental in supporting SRVO’s commitment to raising safety standards and delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions.

Neil – Risk Assessor

Neil brings extensive specialist experience in emergency response, health and safety training, and comprehensive risk assessment to SRVO. In his most recent role at Chemring Countermeasures, Neil was responsible for implementing effective emergency response plans and delivering targeted training sessions in manual handling, spill response, ladder safety, and Mental Health First Aid. Prior to this, Neil had an impressive 15-year tenure with the London Fire Brigade, specialising in swift water rescue, vehicle extrication, and rope rescue, and played a significant role in conducting post-Grenfell high-rise and HMO inspections.

Joining SRVO is a fantastic opportunity,” Neil comments. “I’m eager to contribute my extensive frontline experience to a forward-thinking team dedicated to proactive and preventive safety measures.”

Paul – Fire Risk Assessor

Paul joins SRVO following a distinguished career at Scanlans Property Management, part of the Odevo Group. During this time, he progressed through senior management positions, eventually specialising in fire risk assessment across diverse residential portfolios.

As an active member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), Paul holds a QNUK Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment (RQF), is listed on the Tiered Fire Risk Assessor Register (TFRAR), and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His expertise includes ensuring compliance with major fire safety regulations such as the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act 2022.

I’m thrilled to be part of SRVO at such an exciting moment in its development,” Paul says. “Collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues and contributing my experience to our shared success is something I’m very much looking forward to.”
