We were appointed to deliver the annual portfolio valuation for accounts purposes, alongside reinstatement cost assessments and stock condition reporting across a diverse, occupied estate. The brief required careful coordination to arrange access with residents and tenants, efficient inspection planning and respectful on-site liaison to minimise disruption while capturing reliable internal and external data.

A team of four surveyors, supported by dedicated client liaison, inspected, analysed and reported to the agreed deadline. Our work provides a robust basis for financial reporting, confirms appropriate insurance sums through accurate RCAs, and sets out clear condition ratings to inform planned maintenance and targeted refurbishment, helping the client manage risk, safeguard asset performance and plan investment with confidence.
