We provided project delivery and advisory services for a global luxury fashion brand across a number of nationwide concession and store-in-store locations.  From overseeing fit-out works, and external and internal repairs, to Party Wall Awards, from pre-opening store inspections to end-of-tenancy dilapidations.

A key challenge lay in ensuring brand consistency across multiple sites, delivering refurbishments and repairs that reflected the distinctive brand aesthetic while adapting to the specific conditions of each asset.

Through transparent communication and careful coordination with stakeholders, SRVO ensured all processes were managed effectively, keeping works aligned with brand standards, maintaining compliance, and minimising disruption to both customers and operations.
