SRVO launches MEP Engineering team as Antony Gradley joins as Director

18 May 2026

SRVO Property has expanded its multidisciplinary property services offering with the launch of a dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) engineering division, marking the latest phase of the firm’s rapid growth since launching 18 months ago.

The new division will be led by Antony Gradley, a Senior Chartered Building Services Engineer who joins SRVO as Director of MEP Engineering with more than 25 years’ experience across construction, engineering consultancy and asset management. Antony has led complex projects across the UK, Europe and globally, delivering MEP design, due diligence, maintenance and building services management for hotels, healthcare, mixed-use commercial schemes and residential assets.

The move significantly broadens SRVO’s technical capabilities across real estate, with a particular focus on supporting the increasingly complex operational, compliance, decarbonisation and infrastructure demands facing the residential sector including operational living and high-density housing schemes. The MEP specialist team will work alongside SRVO’s established surveying, risk and lease advisory divisions to help clients manage, maintain and protect asset values for the long-term.

The addition of MEP engineering represents a significant milestone in SRVO’s continued growth strategy and further strengthens its ability to support clients throughout the lifecycle of their assets, working with property managers, investors, developers, operators and public sector organisations across the UK.  By integrating these services, SRVO can offer clients seamless property specialist advice for all stages, from project delivery through mobilisation, ongoing management, maintenance, alteration and repair, sustainability and compliance.

David Lloyd, CEO of SRVO Property, said: “Antony joins SRVO from engineering consultancy Introba, where he led multidisciplinary MEP teams across the UK and Europe. His previous experience also includes senior positions at Meinhardt Group and WB Shiels, delivering major hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use and infrastructure projects internationally.”

Antony Gradley, Director of MEP Engineering said: “SRVO’s MEP Engineering division can advise on MEP design across all RIBA stages, MEP project management, pre-mobilisation technical due diligence, MEP asset management, maintenance planning and long-term operational performance.”

The launch of the MEP Engineering division continues a period of sustained growth for SRVO, which has seen 100% growth over the last 18 months, including a significantly expanded risk & compliance team and the launch of a number of key Building Safety related specialist service lines such as Building Safety Regulator project advisory, Visual Structural Appraisals and Building Safety Cases for Higher Risk Buildings to help clients stay ahead in a complex regulatory environment.
