SRVO were engaged by the freeholder of 1 Beauchamp Place to prepare condition reports with costed 20 year Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules for the internal and external communal parts of the block.

The property occupies an unusual foot print and having been a modern development of an historic building, contained modern extensions and materials as well as historic building fabric.

We were able to provide a detailed forward looking plan detailing the future maintenance needs and considerations to assist the management with setting accurate service charge levels and manage spending levels whilst protecting the fabric of the building.
