East Point – Building Survey

SRVO was appointed to undertake a Building Survey of five recently completed warehouse units in Harlow, Essex for a pension fund client acquiring the freehold interest for investment purposes.

We undertook a ‘no stones unturned’ approach to deliver accurate and tailored surveys as well as technical due diligence assessments, utilising detailed industry knowledge and on-the-ground experience to maximise viability and mitigate against future risk.
Following acquisition of the development, SRVO were also appointed as landlords’ surveyors to approve a major fit out of the units by the tenant, leveraging our expertise in effective contract administrators and project management.
