Grove End Gardens – Principal Designer (CDM)

SRVO were engaged by the commercial freeholder of Grove End Gardens, London NW8, to act as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the refurbishment of the reception and estate managers office.

The works also included design layouts from the Architect and the installation of various mechanical and electrical equipment such as air conditioning, automated door entry, fob entry and door entry phones.

The programme of works was carefully managed to maintain access and egress for all residents of the luxury residential block whilst refurbishing the Abbey Road reception to the building, requiring close management of contractors and clear communications with leaseholders.

Our depth of experience in various different types of projects enabled us to manage this project successfully to a high standard, and achieve a high quality finish befitting this iconic art deco mansion block.
