We were appointed to manage a comprehensive strip out and refurbishment project following the departure of the previous tenant. The scope included extensive roof repairs, joinery refurbishment, internal decoration, installation of new toilet facilities, and upgrades to means of escape. SRVO also administered Party Wall agreements with adjacent properties and oversaw approvals for the incoming tenant’s fit-out on behalf of the freeholder.

Key achievements included successfully delivering a high-quality refurbishment project, meeting both timeline and budget targets. Effective management of Party Wall agreements ensured compliance and minimal disruption, while meticulous oversight of the incoming tenant’s fit-out safeguarded the landlord’s interests and ensured readiness for immediate occupancy.
