Heathfield Court – Contract Administration

SRVO was engaged by the freeholder of Heathfield Court in London to act as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the external decoration and repair of two blocks, and a row of garages, within a mansion block residential site.

The works included updating frontages and overlaying existing roof finishes, ensuring an efficient, ensuring effective contract management and regular liaison with the client to deliver the project on time, and provide clear communication to the board.
