King Edwards Road – Contract Administration

SRVO was engaged by the freeholder of a residential asset on King Edwards Road, London E9 to act as Contract Administrator, and Principal Designer (CDM), for a programme of decoration and repair works to external elevations.

The programme included the strip out of existing terrace decking and waterproofing and renewal. Works included thorough investigation of water ingress into properties below the roof terrace and external decoration and repairs to the south elevations.

A comprehensive approach to communicating with stakeholders and residents was needed for the duration of the project to ensure success.
