Milieu Freehold – Reinstatement Management

The property incorporates a period Locally Listed building (former Metropolitan Police House) with wrap around and infill building in a contemporary style. Water ingress continued following works by a previous contractor and Trinity were engaged by the freeholder to identify defects and propose the necessary remedial repairs.

This lead to project management of the remedial works, including renewal of waterproof membranes and insulation to the roof terrace deck. We worked with a leading manufacturer to specify and procure competitive tenders, and oversee the works on site, including complex detailing to the terrace system, whilst minimising disruption to the top floor apartment.
