Oliver’s Wharf – Reinstatement Management

SRVO were appointed by the freeholder for the fire related damage reinstatement of the penthouse and 5 large luxury apartments at this modern residential development within a Grade II listed building – Value of Approx. £1.5m

The fire damage had affected flats at multiple floor levels and required speed to minimise disruptions to the residents and to mitigate the costs of relocating residents to temporary accommodation whilst the reinstatement works take place.

We worked closely with each resident as well as the freeholder and their agents to ensure effective communication throughout the project and that the high standard of finishes were achieved throughout.
