Queen Street – Building Survey

Following instruction by a pension fund, SRVO undertook an accurate and tailored survey of a vacant retail unit in Queen Street, Oxford, including technical due diligence and assessments to enable the fund to deliver efficient asset management.

SRVO were also engaged to prepare a specification of repair and refurbishment works, providing a detailed assessment of costs prior to reletting the unit to the incoming tenant, a well-known British luxury brand. SRVO also approved the tenants fit out proposals and managed sub-consultants to deliver on time and on budget for the fund.
