SRVO were appointed by the freeholder, SEH Nominees Limited, for the weather related flood damage reinstatement of 19 apartments at this prestigious modern residential development. – Value of Approx. 2.9m

The damage had occurred to flats at multiple floor levels and required speed to mitigate the costs of relocating residents to temporary accommodation whilst the reinstatement works take place. The high specification of the development required replacement to an exacting standard commensurate with the prestige of the property.
