The Heron Residences – Reinstatement Management

SRVO were appointed by freeholder for the reinstatement of 9 apartments at the prestigious Heron Residences, London EC2. The damage had occurred following flooding from internal services, causing damage to 9 apartments and communal areas – Value of Approx. 1.9m

Our rapid response to the needs of the project included assembling a team to address the decontamination and cleaning to prevent issues worsening concurrently with preparing the tender pack for reinstatement works for approval by the loss adjuster and insurers.

Our experience on these time critical and complex projects enables us to work with all parties to minimise costs and disruption of occupation.
