Launching the SRVO brand at the iconic RICS London HQ

The new name for excellence in service, the SRVO (pronounced Ser-vo) brand had its big unveiling in November 2024, with the entire team gathered together for a series of presentations on the new brand mission, vision and values!

To mark the beginning of this new venture our SRVO team from across the UK all gathered together at Surveyors House, the iconic RICS London HQ.

SRVO is an evolution of the surveying competencies accumulated within the Odevo Group of business in recent years; bringing together the best talent, skills and regional presence to create a new, independent property advisory business with specialisms across building surveying, risk assessment and lease advisory. The brand officially launched in January 2025, offering expertise, depth of service, extensive geographic reach and consistently exceptional service to customers and clients of partner brands within the Odevo Group, and the wider real estate market.

Speaking at the event, CEO David Lloyd said: “We are all immensely proud of the new SRVO brand, which captures our vision to be a property services leader – transforming the UK real estate market. The launch of the SRVO brand marks the start of an exciting growth phase for the business, as we deliver on our ambition to become a trusted, full-service property advisor for our clients.”

The new brand, delivered by leading design agency Underscore, was developed in partnership with members of the SRVO team in the UK and the Odevo team in Europe, through a comprehensive programme of workshops, stakeholder engagement, research and feedback. This helped the brand identity to evolve inclusively, reflecting collective values and defining a united vision for the whole business to get behind.

David continues: “This has been a collective effort from members of our SRVO and Odevo teams, and our design partners Underscore, to articulate what matters the most to us as business – excellence in service! The quality of our service, delivered effectively and efficiently, to create value consistently for our clients is the drumbeat of our business. Today, our new brand sets the tone perfectly for the exciting growth phase we have ahead of us as we expand our service offering, grow the team and offer greater UK coverage.”

The brand launch event was also an opportunity for team building, ideas generation and working together to explore the next steps for bringing the brand to life – from how we communicate with our clients, to our corporate branded merchandise.
