SRVO welcomes its first Graduate cohort!

As SRVO Property continues to grow, we are proud to have welcomed our very first Graduate scheme cohort!

Graduate surveyors Oliver Morrison, Pablo Bedoya and Louie Tegerdine joined the SRVO team on 7^th September and will be working towards completing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) over the next 2.5 years to qualify as chartered surveyors.

SRVO Graduates will work alongside experienced colleagues, contribute to a wide range of residential and commercial projects, and gain exposure to the challenges that shape the property sector.

From an early stage, Graduates will be involved in live instructions, building technical knowledge alongside commercial awareness and client-facing skills, with exposure across multiple service lines and disciplines.

Structured mentoring and guidance will support the Graduates towards professional qualification and APC pathways, with the opportunity to build a strong foundation for long-term progression.
